- 1 cup (200 gr) sesame seeds
- 2 tsp olive oil (or any other vegetable oil)
- Dash of salt
- 8 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp honey (or sub. agave nectar to make it vegan)
- 1½ tsp Matcha
- Pour the sesame seeds, olive oil, salt into a food processor and blend for 15-20 minutes until creamy.
- Add the water, honey and matcha to the mixture and blend well.
- Transfer the matcha tahini spread to a glass container and refrigerate
