  • 1 cup (200 gr) sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp olive oil (or any other vegetable oil)
  • Dash of salt
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp honey (or sub. agave nectar to make it vegan)
  • 1½ tsp Matcha
Instructions
  1. Pour the sesame seeds, olive oil, salt into a food processor and blend for 15-20 minutes until creamy.
  2. Add the water, honey and matcha to the mixture and blend well.
  3. Transfer the matcha tahini spread to a glass container and refrigerate
